How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Select Breve and choose Cancel Subscription. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

How does the free trial work?+

Breve includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period finishes.

I was charged but can't access the App. What do I do?+

First, open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email support@breve.ai with your Apple ID order number and we'll sort it out quickly.

Can I request a refund?+

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you'd like our help, email support@breve.ai and we'll do what we can.

How do I delete my account and data?+

Open Settings inside the App and tap Delete Account. You can also email support@breve.ai and we'll handle the deletion within a reasonable period. Note that deleting your account is permanent.

Is my data used to train AI models?+

No. We use third-party AI providers to generate responses, but those providers are contractually restricted from using your content to train their models for the benefit of other customers. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Can I use Breve on iPad or Android?+

Breve is available on iPhone for now. We're considering iPad and Android — let us know if you'd like to be notified when those land.

How do I hire Breve to implement what we discussed?+

Inside the App, look for the option to request implementation, or email support@breve.ai. We'll set up an introductory call to scope the work.
